Warming Up Before Lifting?

Like I said below. I wouldn’t stretch before working out. Warm up on the treadmill for 10 mins, or warm up with ramping up weights. Save stretching POST working out. It’s more effective post anyways.

I do this. I usually hop on the bike for a few minutes and get the blood moving, then do some mobility drills, then warm up sets of my first lift. The later lifts in the session don’t need as much warming up (for me anyway).
