Yea short version is she was paid to mark the spot with a bottle and drop me a pin of where she was. She wasn’t that good at communicating and it was kind of a shit show. Most definitely not what I wanted or how I envisioned it going down but it’s over now. Still a good trip and she’s happy but I’m not thrilled with how it went down

So ended up starting triumvirate. Only done week one so far but hoping to see some gainzzz
I chose to do all the assistance and accessories first and THEN the main 5/3/1 lift of the day after that’s done. Really makes things more challenging than ihad anticipated lol I also opted out of deadlifts and instead chose bent over barbell rows. Recovery has always been a weak point and heavy dead’s really drain me. So, other than that, running it as is.
Started with training maxes that kept things fairly easy and should make weekly progress guaranteed
Incline bench 250
OHP - 170
Squat - 340
BOR - 275

Yeah, now that the cold has come in Minnesota, I need to prioritize (yes prioritize) calorie burning at the gym. If I do it at the end I will do extra arm work and skip it. If I do it at the beginning I’ll actually do it. It does make lower body workouts suck even more though.
