Walking between sets

I lift at home, I recently have started walking between sets.

Say I’m taking 3 minutes between sets, I’ll walk those 3 minutes between each, I figure it adds up to 25-30+ minutes of walking over the course of the whole workout.

The reason for this is too hopefully burn a few more calories. If anything I feel stronger for the next set, vs just sitting there. Any reason not to do this? Thanks guys.

I don’t see any issue - I generally pace around for my rest period. Not much thought to it but I guess you’re right it adds a good amount of walking time throughout.

My stepcounter says I add about 4k steps by walking around in-between sets, and I’m usually out of the gym in an hour tops.

This is me, but slower and with less stripes.
