I like your latest article on walking between sets to reach 7,000 steps a day.
︎At the end you say don’t turn it into cardio and if you want hard cardio, do it after the lifting session…
My question is since the weather is nice out now and I have access to a hill and a Track, I like to do some sprinting outside.
- If I wanted to do a few 400 m sprints or a few hill sprints after my lifting would that effect my muscle building and strength from the lifting workout?
Obviously these would be done after an upper body lift session not after a leg workout.
- Or should those sprints be done on an off day?
My lifting schedule is the lift specific split every other day workout.
Thank u for your time
