Squats 275 for 10 PR.
Did 315 for 5 PR last week.

One of the best Squat days of my entire life, if not the best. Went in as usual and got a rep PR with 325 for 4. One of my friends bet me that I couldn’t get a 5lbs max PR so I just went in and did 355. I was so pumped after I did the 355 that I went for a 10lbs PR of 365 and got it. Just for fun decided to try another 5lbs PR of 370 and GOT IT. My squat max exactly 1 month ago was 335 and now is 370😂. I have video on my Instagram story with back and side views to check depth.

Another 20lbs deadlift PR BABYYYYY. I finally did my FIRST 5 plate deadlift, 495lbs at 190lbs bodyweight.

Nice Pr on deadlift today 455 for 4 reps, barely did 2 reps about 2 months ago, pretty insane progress.

Hit a nice squat PR today, 315 for 10 reps. One of hardest sets of my life, previous PR was 6.

Hit some fun PRs, 155 for 4 strict standing OHP, 240 incline bench for 2, and 110lbs dumbbell bench for 5. This is done after a chest workout the day before, if I was fresh I could probably hit a bit more on every one of those.

Another very insane PR deadlift blowing up, did 495 FOR 3 SINGLES. And it’s been only 3 WEEKS since I grinded out 495 as my max.

I have finally achieved a 315 bench, currently 18 and 190-195 bodyweight. This was such a big milestone for me too. Even with quarantine and injuring my lower back log pressing, I still managed to clutch it.

Not sure what my next goal should be, perhaps 345 or 365.

I finally got a 585 deadlift, although slightly hitched. No belt or straps, now my goal is to get somewhere over 600 before I’m 20, have 9 months remaining. Bench is currently at 330, and squat 475. Progressing faster then ever because started training a little more intelligently. Added 95lbs on to my lifts this month. Perhaps will do a meet in May, might aim for like a 1450-1500 total in the 198 class.

Was out sick for a week without any training, bodyweight went down quite a bit, right before I was supposed to max bench. Decided to maxout today because I was feeling better, didn’t expect to get 345lbs. 15lbs Pr. Adding 15lbs every 2 months with this new programming.

Just deadlifted 600lbs, hook grip, on a stiff bar. 40lbs PR. Extremely happy with this even though I went off program to do it. Now my goal is to get 635 while I’m still a teenager, about 5 months left.

Got a 20lbs bench press PR and hit my goal of 365lbs, theoretically 405 is possible while I’m still a teenager. Although I would have to gain about 10lbs a month for 4 months.
Also hit 315 for 5
And 225 for 22 reps, coincidentally date was 2/22/22
