Strong pulls.

(15lbs down, 20lbs left for bench),(70lbs down, 25lbs left for squat),(60lbs down, 10lbs to go for deadlift.)
1000 total complete.
All increases done in 3.5 month period.

On monday I had a volume PR on bench I think after I did 225 for 6,followed by 245 for 2, and a crazy dropset that started with 205 for 8.

April 17,2019 Squat PR 245lbs for 10. Followed by 225 for 3 and 5 sets of 5 with 185. Finished off the squats with a 135lbs squat paused in hole for 30 seconds. Tried not to go too crazy on other legs exercises because have heavy deadlifts coming up on saturday.

April 19,2019 Bench PR 245lbs for 3.
April 19,2019 Bench PR 205lbs for 10.
First I did 245 for 3 PR and was very glad with how it felt. Next did 2 assisted negatives with 295lbs, first one paused for 3 seconds in the middle and second one just slowly lowering it down(spotter rows the weight back up.).
Last set decided to do amrap with 205 and got 10 for a new 10rm max. Insanely happy.

April 20,2019 Deadlift PR 405lbs for 4. Fourth rep was crazy grindy and I might have had a bent back, tried another single with 405lbs and had someone tape it, back was perfectly neutral.

Volume PR for bench today, 25 total reps with 225. Reps per set went like this - 6,5,4,3,2,2,3 for 25 total reps . Could have done 30 total but decided to go easy this week because Im maxing on dead, hopefully a 445 pull. Other then bench I trained lightly with minimal accessories.

Sour throat today, decided not to train.

Sick since last post 7 days ago, finally no fever and feeling better with a cough. Was some kind of infection. Might train lightly today.

Some small PR updates. I had some infection and that put me down 6lbs and now I’m back in gym trying to get it back.Even though I missed more than a week of gym and weighed only 179 I still got 2 good PRs.First one was 415 deadlift for 2 @179Bw. Second PR was a crazy 315 for 2 squat.Thats only 10 lbs under my max and it was done with me weighing 180 and still having remnants of the infection. I can’t go on here that much right now because I’m busy, though I’ll post deadlift updates weakly on my Instagram-@vvlifts. It’s my road to 500DL account.

I’m going away for the summer in a few weeks, but after I get back, do you want to race to a 500lbs pull? My PR is 441lbs at 163lbs bodyweight

It’s gonna be triple BW for you damn,I’ll need a 540 pull to get to triple Bw.

Going to get my triceps up and then either cut down or go for 17 inches.

In for the 500 race. Sitting somewhere upwards of 450 at 195BW

Does anyone else in this 500lbs deadlift race have a training log for me to follow? I know @strongmanbrett has one, and of course @vvfoo has one, I also have one. Any others?
