Every spotter I’ve ever had has stolen at least a rep from me.

Having a rep stolen doesn’t make you any less strong. It’s annoying, but meaningless in the overall scheme of things.

I always instruct spotters not to touch bar unless it starts going down.

Did lat pulldowns yesterday. Did 220 for 8 pretty easy with good form and then 160lbs for 30 with the first 10 reps controlled.

April 10,2019 Squat PR 325lbs. Crazy unplanned PR, was only going to do 315 but after doing 315 super easy decided to try 325. Was probably the hardest squat grind Ive ever had. So much pressure built inside head during sticking point. Nice 20lbs PR that Im insanely happy with.

Ive put on 145lbs on to my total in the 4 months of 2019, which come out to about 36lbs per month or 9lbs per week. So far put on 60lbs on deadlift, 70lbs on squat, and 15lbs on bench. Total went from 880 to 1025 and body weight went from 177 to 184.

I’m 16, same age as you. I had a parasitic infection that ruined my life, got rid of the parasites; and now I suffer from colitis as a result of the damage they caused (otherwise known as chronically skinny syndrome). I should be healed up in a few months, but I’ve been sick for exactly one year. On April 12, 2018, I was hospitalized for the first time.

Damn thats crazy, how did you get the parasites?

Sitting at 184.5lbs.I look like I have the same body fat as in the picture I used for the 2019 T-Transformation yet I am 8 lbs heavier.

INSANE BENCH PR! I did 225 for 5 as a PR about a month ago, but after doing 265 earlier this week on monday I decided to try and hit 6 reps. I HIT 8. Crazy PR and super happy about it!

200 Total reps of facepulls today, also messed around with 75lbs dumbells military press .Usually I needed a liftoff by the elbows with them but not today,pretty sure I did around 9-12 smooth controlled reps, didnt count.

April 13,2019 Deadlift PR 365 for 8.
Right after PR set pulled 385 for 2 and 405 for 1.
Going for a rep PR with 405 next week, 3+ reps. 3 is the goal but there is a teeny chance that 4 is possible depending on how I feel.
