Video of Squat and Deadlift Form?

Very few people in the gym seem to be doing this right. I don't think I've seen anyone do a squat correctly at the gym I am working out at now. And deadlifts... forget about it.

I can’t stand these guys who load up the squat rack with every plate in the gym then just do a couple of slight bobs of the knee. I’d rather do a perfect form squat with 135 pounds 20 times than do a 600 pound knee bob with my injured knee braced and wrapped up legs.

Video or pictures would be very helpful here. Particularly how far should you go down with the squat, should your knees go straight ahead, or more outward?

well I am not sure if your asking to know how to squat and deadlift or if ur just complaining about stupid people at the gym.

Either way, here is a video on how to squat correctly, its by Dan John.

It also teaches the Romanian deadlift and snatch.

Now about stupid people at the gym… well don’t mind them and focus on your workout/training/work-out (whatever u want to call it).

sorry don’t have a good video for the deadlift. I suggest you check Elite Fitness Systems periodically, sometimes they sell their Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press DVDs for $6 instead of $54. (thats how I got them
