That makes a lot of sense… I just saw it today and thought people were being a bit harsh (and also getting really scared about my squat form - although that is likely a good thing to obsess about).
While I’m sure the squats aren’t perfect (and I’m not really qualified to judge), they do look better (in the edited video at least) than 95% of what you would see at my gym. Same goes for the chin-ups.

The differences are that it is not showing all the reps of the sets so as form started to break we show the next one.
Wow Kaeosali, you’re having a hard time lettin’ this one go aren’t you. I don’t know if CT will bother defending this even if he sees it. Hopefully he’s figured out that a neutral head position on deadlifts ain’t all that great and the chin up method (as you are showing him do) is better. I also hope you’ve fixed your Deadlift form as well as continued doing a great job coaching Bench, Pullup & Squat to your purty ladies.

haha, wow, I’ve never seen this either, but it really captured my attention for 20 minutes as I skimmed thru all 8 pages. What I don’t understand is why you’ve wasted so much time on this website trying to prove yourself. I mean I could understand if you made some business out of this, but all you’re doing is building a bad reputation for yourself. I’m not on CT’s dick, but jesus…it’s embarrassing the logic you tried to attack him with.
