Vid of Ex-NFL Pro Doing an Insane Circuit

did he need to do it shirtless ?? cant handle the added weight of a shirt lol. It is the same recycled crossfit crap with baby weight

Dude…it’s hot in Florida…you walk out of your house to your parked car and break a sweat. ITs not like Cali where theres a breeze and no humidity. Florida’s humidity is ridiculous. I wouldve done that shit in my boxers…hahaha

Because he was a first round draft pick, selected to the Pro Bowl and was named the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year?

Oh snap…

am I going crazy, or didn’t Cushing test positive? Maybe I’m going crazy. Regardless, he’s still a baller!

@ bfrancis80 and pheenomm05 Dudes don’t worry with these guys. Haters are going to hate. Plain and simple. That would be an amazing conditioning circuit to get any athlete in shape. MMA guys do stuff like that all the time and so do other athletes. Conditioning is just that: CONDITIONING… people who don’t know better should just… you know :stuck_out_tongue:

I wouldn’t waste time defending it…cause well there isn’t anything to defend. I’m going to go ahead and say theres a shit ton of people on this site who couldn’t hang with that workout, myself probably included…although it won’t stop me from trying it one day.[/quote]

Yeah, I’m done wasting my time debating people. I definitely understand what you’re saying brother! Appreciate the response!

he tested positive for hCg and said it was possibly from a tumor or testicular cancer.

he never tested positive for Test of HGH. Did he use steroids? Maybe, maybe not.

Yeah I thought that’s what it was. That HCG is what gets em every time. That’s the post-cycle drug that a lot of athletes have been testing positive for lately. But like I said, either way, he’s still a baller and if you’ve never checked out his before and after pics from when he was at USC, I definitely recommend it!

Oh i’ve seen em… I’ve been a USC fan my whole life so I’ve followed Cushing since he was in highschool at Bosco… he’s a stud for sure. I’ve got a buddy who played with him as SC and said he was a beast (but when you’re playing at that level and you’re getting drafted in the 1st round I guess all of them are studs)

hahaahahahahahaha We both are going to be crying this college football season.

Yeah, I’m from California and have only been out here in Florida for the last 4 years. It’s tough being out here with all these SEC fans and I’m the only one out here representing the PAC 10. Plus there are way toooooooo many “bandwagon” fans out here that jump ship as soon as their college program takes a turn! Still always wanted to see USC take on Florida during the Reggie Bush years. I think SC would have taken em (I’m sure this is gonna start an entire debate in itself)…my bad for getting off topic

^ No worries, Greg and I routinely take threads off topic to discuss football. In GAL I always start a NFL thread, Fantasy football thread and a College Football thread. We just talk football, no TMZ shit and as long as you dont take adult shit talking to heart and really start calling people names it is a really cool thread. I am not going to comment on the arguing in here, not my thing. Lifting weights the more you have in your tool bag the longer you can do this shit.

Dont get me started on the Bullshit “SEC Speed” biased media shit! hahahah I hate that crap.

Repping the “PAC12” huh? Who’s your team?

LOL…count me in for sure! And I can’t agree with you more; “the more you have in your tool bag, the longer you can do this shit.” Couldn’t have state it better myself.

Yeah the media all over the SEC’s nutz is outta control. Try living around it! South Florida used to be nothing but Miami fans, now you don’t see anything but Florida Gator shit (and keep in mind Gainesville is about 8 hours north of us). You’ll start to see that shift take place again as Florida’s program drops.

I’ve always rooted for USC, and Oregon has always been awesome to watch as well. I grew up in the Bay Area for a little bit, so Cal is always on my watch list as well.

^ All my family is from the South, Tennessee and Florida so they are all SEC fans, growing up in Texas and my little sister being a gymnast for UT I of course am a Big 12 (or now Big 10) fan.

Be careful of Greg he will try to talk you into growing a 1970’s gay porn star mustache.

And Greg damn man you are all over these boards, I just clicked on the Top Forum action out of curiosity and you are all over. WTF are you doing for a living? I know you X military but werent you going for FF/Paramedic?

lol

I’m in school now (well on a break thats why I’m so active) I had some plans that would have kept me really busy but those fell through so right now I’m waiting for my background check to finish up so I can register in SD county as an EMT and start doing that (ughh)

I start school up again after the 4th… but yeah right now I dont really have anything going on during the day so there is quite a bit of effing around on the internet happening.

Dont hate on the stache man. I have my engagement photos in two weeks but after that I’ll probably be growing it back… stay tuned!

What are you going to school for? Please tell me its not something that is going to make you $20,000 a year. Finding a career that you love is always important however women and later in life kids are fucking expensive things to have around.
