You talk all this shit, but you don’t know anything about me. If you believe everything you find on the internet, you just show your true ignorance.
When did I ever say that everything on the internet is true? Did you just pull that out of your ass?

Are you really that offended that I post a video from my youtube channel? I don’t make money off of youtube. So you’re telling me, the only people that you think should be allowed to post videos on here is those individuals that don’t have a youtube channel? Don’t assume that you know what you’re talking about.
I don’t give two shits about you posting your youtube videos if you would have came on here and stated something like:
"Hey guys, check out my boy doing a crazy conditioning workout we were testing out the other day! What do you guys think?
Instead, you posted the video as if it had no connection to you whatsoever. This type of posting on message boards is known as SPAM. Whether or not you intended it to be that way, that’s how it showed up which is why your videos are garnishing so much “hate”.

FYI I’m 6’ tall and never go over 7% body fat. So in comparison to you, I’m shredded and you’re fat…and I don’t care what neck of the woods we’re talking about. If you’re a male over 12% body fat, you’re fat! That’s not just my opinion, but the opinion of many of the top strength coaches in the world.
How do you know if I am “fat” by your standards LMAO! What if I am 12.19191827%? Does that make me a lard ass? Do I need to hold a shoe so you can get an accurate reading? If you stay under 7% body fat all the time, I can only imagine you must be weak as shit. So I don’t think most strength coaches would find that favorable.
Do you check that shit every week just to make sure you haven’t wandered into fat land? TBH, I could care less about what numbers say. Numbers don’t mean jack shit if you don’t like what you see in the mirror. But I like how you keep changing yours. First it was 4.5 and now its 7, whats it gonna be next?

And if you say you have 6 years of training experience, you’d understand the circuit. Actually I take that back, because I’ve personally been around numerous people with much more experience than you, that still can’t construct a scientifically based program.
You are absolutely right…what is a circuit bro?
Look, I know you are used to everyone at your facility and on your blog kissing your dick about how “good” your workouts are because they seem hard. But you might as well understand that everything posted at T-Nation is taken with a grain of salt. We are not blind sheep like the people that come into BB3. And before you have a hissy fit about that comment, I know not EVERYONE is like that but a lot of them are. Especially the ones from “Bubble World” aka Weston.

k folks… Y are there so many people hating and so few congratulating?? Brian i guess we are gonna have to do something really crazy that above average athlete cant do to impress the critics?? Until next vids… Thanks for the comments good or bad. Video coming again in the next couple weeks.
Haters are motivators!
Kurt, just to clear some things up, I am not hating your performance or technique. I’m sure you have done your fair share of snatches, cleans, squats, jerks, etc in the weight room and could come up with a conditioning circuit (with weights) that would be more interesting/entertaining to watch than this Crossfit rip-off workout that Bryan came up with.
I would actually like to see some of your football conditioning workouts such as sprint drills, etc.
Crossfit is only good if your goal is to be mediocre in many aspects of “fitness” instead of proficient in one.
