Nice tool. By the book.
I wonder if Jim approves.
it is awesome, and i am sure that jim would approve
all hail Jim
I’m wondering after the 4 weeks do you just highlight the percentage from 30 to 35% and than run 4 weeks with those numbers? Follow it like that? Not to mention the reps are extremely high. Is it possible I’m reading this wrong? The first week 11 sets! 5 of those sets being 10reps a set??
Your reading it wrong. Buy the E-book and read it.

There are a few warm-ups in there. And the last 5 sets in “Boring but big” are substituted for different exercises in the other program variations. Total volume is really not so bad.
5/3/1 jumps in small increments after each cycle. The MH article, linked from the calculator page, mentions 5lbs to upper body MAX and 10 lbs for lower to do the new cycle’s calculations.
The book is a good read. Google “Wendler podcast” and “Wendler interview” for some good interviews with Jim.
Thanks for the calc OP! Awesome tool!
