^^^ Thanks man. Have a reverse and a traditional lob somewhere in this thread. I’ve given myself the goal of getting/staying healthy and getting a lob 360 and lob pump reverse by the fall. When they happen I’ll post vids.
Had/have an injury that I’m dealing with now so havent jumped in a month maybe? Ihavent been abel to squat or do any leg stuff at all until last week. Got in the gym today and was grabbing rim with 1 and 2 hands with a BW of 210 on the dot.
Gonna upload some videos soon. Working on getting them together now. I was very happy/surprised for sure.

I am on the come back from a pulled groin/inflammed lymph nodes in my groin that still hurt today. Thought I had a hernia at first but got it all checked out and the doc said it wasnt… Thats good.
But yeah I only got back into the gym last week for the first time hitting legs and it was all light. I can really only do a few things that dont hurt my hip/groin but I’m on the come up. Very pleased to see that I could still hang with 1 and 2 hands after all that and a few weeks with no jumping (almost a month I think?)
