I’ve decided I like these. I’ve been using them for a couple months. They aren’t quite squat shoes, but that’s mostly a benefit because I can still do the rest of the workout in them. They also go right in my backpack, so I can throw them on any time even if I didn’t plan ahead/ am traveling. They definitely make squats and leg presses feel better, without being clunky and ridiculous. I still wouldn’t love trying to run in them or anything, but pretty comfy. For context, I have been putting them into Reebok Nanos.
I’ll have to check these out. I’ve been wearing some Onitsuka Tiger - Serranos for lifting, which are pretty flat, and could use some heel support for squats.
@Njord@jdm135 definitely curious your thoughts. They make a noticeable difference on squats for me. I’m not a big weightlifter, so I don’t know how they’d hold up, but I gotta figure it’s better than flat
