Anyone ever try these? I’m curious about them as way to try out heeled lifting for folks that don’t want to get a dedicated pair of shoes. Even myself, sometimes I feel like a heel, sometimes I don’t. Just curious if anyone has ever played with them.
I’m also fully in for sparking the inevitable “should we squat with a heel” debate, with the obvious assumption that it’s either the greatest thing for everyone all the time or terrible for anyone at any point ever.
