Its an interesting concept of wether or not you go for a girl like this or step away.

On one hand it would probably be rather easy to hook up with said girl and would potentially lead to some pretty awesome sex with a chick who probably has an amazing body.But it would also probably do more damage to to the girl emotionally thus leading her further down the wrong road.
