Comment: Training has been going pretty well over the past week. Hitting all the numbers Iām expecting too and recovering pretty well. Today the bench went better than it has in a while. The squats got progressively better as well. Saturdayās lift was alright. Cleans are still pretty crappy and my form has not improved. I think my body has appreciated the stallions and hammy work.
Thankful: for the opportunity to know my wifeās grandmothers
Thought: Probably gonna lose one of my wifeās grandmas today. Itās been a long road and sheās had Alzheimers for about 9 years. Hoping that she can go comfortably.
