Comment: Well my wedding weekend is here and training this week has been questionable. Been running around non-stop and Iām excited for the actual event. The bench workout I was in the gym for maybe 35 minutes and was out, and today I felt rushed as well. Tomorrow Iām just going to do some KB work and go for a walk in the morning. Iām going to lift with some of my buddies Saturday morning and then itās the big day. I canāt wait to marry my fiance, and be supported by friends and family.
