I hope to compete in bodybuilding competitions down the line (I will be turning 19 in a few weeks, and aim to compete in about 6 or 7 years), however I still am preparing for that now. So my question is, If flexing your muscles and posing alot helps define and harden your muslces. Would trying to do the Vaccum pose more, actually help the suction of my stomach?
And yes, Frank Zane is my inspiration for wanting to have a great Vaccum pose.
