The side one really does show alot of change, that one makes me happy. I look partially retarded in my face on picture one, how does one pose for a picture on weight loss?
Looks like my love handles are gonna be the last things that go, even in high school when I had a flat stomach and some sort of abs showing, I still had those sweet love handles that plague me.
Also can anyone comment on approximate BF percentage, I know this is difficult but is around 16.5 sound close to accurate?

Superfood will just make you healthier overall, to my understanding. It will just have the same effects as veggies and fruit: improve your immune system and blood work and decrease acidity levels in your body from training.

I love spring quarter at college, all the girls are nice and tan even though they’re forced to wear hoodies and sweats currently, they still look nice =]. Hopefully by the time it’s actually warm enough to wear short sleeve clothing (Few weeks) I’ll look damn good.
Trying out a program I dl’d, as the photos are from 2 diff cameras dont sync up exactly but a faceoff it is. I like how in the first one my stomach sticks out farther than my chest then viola! a velocity diet and there is a switch

I think the most drastic change is actually in your face, which is great because that’s what everyone notices first about you anyway. Your face was kinda chubby and you had a second chin comin in, and now that’s all cleared up and you look a lot better.
As I told Samurai in his thread, you should really use the same lighting. Using different lighting every time will compromise the effectivness of the pics.
Those were from 2 different cameras so every picture from now on should be the same. It’s funny I thought I was pretty skinny in the first picture from the first one but now it’s plain awful. I imagine this set of pictures will look the same to me here in a little less than 4 weeks.
My new phone surfs T-Nation pretty quickly so that’ll make the classes a little bit easier. I was just in a 160 person class and not one hot girl, no jokes. 160 frickin people and not one attractive girl.

yeah, i’pm torn on that, like if i go back to the lighting where it looks yello, ALL my side by sides will be differnt lighting, soo yeah, i’ll figure that out.
But yeah, Great progress. the first place that really drew my attention was your face. and yes, i agree teh side shot shows the most progress i think

I really wish I had pictures at my fattest, I might be able to advertise some product I didn’t use to lose 50 pounds in 3 weeks or whatever they claim nowadays!
Update from class. The carb cravings have subsided and feel like im running efficently on the shakes and flax. weighed myself today and am at 172 so down 4.5 pounds. ill post pictures and measurements again on day 8 and keep the updates weekly from then. that being said I don’t expect much progress in the few days but who knows.
