V-Diet Log, Second Time Around

I guess it’s day 7, with this hectic schedule and working out I kinda forgot I could eat today haha. I’ll post pictures and new measurements here in a little bit so I can get back on the weekly basis

Well I just took the new pics but the lighting is off, I took the other pictures at night so I’ll try to do that again, looks like I made a little progess thus far.

Measurements 3-23 Day 3

Neck 15 1/4"
Chest 37 1/4"
Below belly button 35 1/4"
Thigh 23 1/2"
Arms 13 3/4"
Calves 16"

Measurements 3/27 Day 7

Neck 15"
Chest 37"
Belly 35"

Overall in 4 days shrunk a little bit in the bad spots for me.

Weight down from 176.5 from day 1 to 171.2 on day 7 so 5.3 pounds off.

The lighting is similar to the original pictures so I’ll post a side by side or two of them.

Almost 2 months, 1 day short.

I just polished off some chicken with cheese and a little bit of tomato sauce (only 6 carbs worth). Delicious and now back to the grind.

Another interesting note from class today was I noticed a pretty cute girl repeatedly staring at me, whether I just looked weird today or not I’ll have to find out but I figure it is about time to introduce myself =]

So what was your weight from the old pic vs the weight from the new pic?

Weight in fat pic was around 185, I forget the exact number, less fatter picture was 171.2.

It has become very apparant that I no longer have time to sleep let alone blog my process on here haha, I guess I got what I wished for in not being bored all the time.

Just saw 21, makes me miss my days of playing high stakes poker in a way. A word of warning to those who haven’t had the chance to experience it. Money can and will change you without you knowing and it will hurt people you know. Most people spend most of there life looking for that paycheck, it’s not worth it.

Nice progress so far, the X shape is starting to show through alot more, and the face is alot slimmer.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for women, I’d probably be a 400 pound blob.

Woke up this morning and was supposed to be a day off from lifting but was bored and went and did a lighter upper body workout. Bench, Pull-ups, dips, military press etc.

Going to go visit my sister and her baby now so no updates other than this today.

Looking forward to the 160 weigh-in.

If you’re bored and feel like you need to lift, do 100 BW squats. It won’t kill you, but you will feel 10x better about yourself.

I’m so sore all over, kicking into a new gear past couple days lifting and man I’m literally sore everywhere but my shoulders which means I get to focus on shoulders tomorrow =]

I’m getting really excited for this weeks progress measurements. I’m looking in the mirror and looking fatter and fatter to myself as time goes by now that I’m hyperaware of how I look even though this is the best shape I’ve been in for my entire life. I need those measurements/photos to come back and prove that somethings happening. I believe it was Shugs that said going from 16% to around 12% as you don’t see the real change in physique as your mainly just becoming “flatter” for a lack of a better word.

I’m physically and mentally tired of all of this dieting and possibly more pissed off about how I look than ever, makes for an interesting combo. One good (arguably) thing about me is the pissed off side of me always wins out.
