Re-read your thread. You’re constantly overreaching, and I’ve only read a couple pages and I can sense your agitation.
You’re always stressed about something and pushing.
If you want to get rid of that little fat roll, you need to cut the excessive training, focus on your grappling and get to sleep on time every night.
Then you’ll get anabolic, release GH and testosterone and build muscle and burn fat instead of releasing more cortisol, eating muscle and storing more fat.

Point well taken. I’m a high stress person living in a high stress city studying to work in a high stress profession. That being said, I’ve got to make a better effort to stay calm and relaxed. My sleep patterns could also stand to be improved.

Starting this week I’ve been on a new program: Rippetoe for lifting and V-Diet lite for nutrition. My Goal is 165 by April 11th.
Can you eat the Flax Seeds alone? I hate the texture it gives my Metabolic Drive. It increases the viscosity level like 2x over. Yuck!

I gained some weight post v-diet, my fault since I didn’t follow the transition that well, and ballooned up to 178. Right now I’m trying to drop 2lbs. a week to hit 165 by April 11th. I hit 175 last Saturday, so I’m on track. Goal is 173 this Saturday.
I am heavily into Kickboxing. I can tell you that Kickboxing requires hell of a lot of endurance… I made a post on the board. Previously about my problem with my apetite suppresion.
I do only weekly sessions of v-diet. Mainly because I break after 6 days and doesn’t matter what I eat I don’t gain an ounce. Your body becomes very efficient at going through carbs. Training HIIT and vdiet is difficult as can be I know.
I am 5’11" 74.5 kilos - 163.9. This week I lost 3 kg, unfortunatley I am far off six pack because I have a lot of extra skin (I was 130 kilos - 282)but my obliques ribs and every other muscle on my pody is showing quite nicely… I got 12 days to loose 4.5 more kilos…
Keep up the good work… Its hard but well worth it…

According to Bodyweight tracker/Navy Method (Skewed since I’m taking these measurements in the morning, and my waist is larger at night):

LBM: 155
Body Fat: 19
Tanita Scale: 13.3
Also, my pants are now too big for me. I used to wear a 34/30, now I’m either a 32 or 33 depending on the model.
My weight loss attempts have not been successful post-v-diet. As of today I’m back on a modified v-diet (I’ll allow myself HSM as my social life requires.)
