Alright guys so now i have went through and read and read and…read and i chose Jim Wendler’s 5/3/1 i have set down and calculated and ill go to the gym 4 days a week one day for each workout (Bench, Squat, Deadlift, Standing Shoulder Press) and ill also throw in some side workouts so im not just doing one work out a day. Another question too the gym i go to there really isnt alot of room to get a diamond, square, or bar out to deadlift is there another way i could do it?[/quote]

Prepare to be awesome.

Not 100% sure what you mean on deadlifts. If you are having trouble finding room to deadlift, if your gym has a rack with safety pins, you can remove them and deadlift in the rack. Otherwise just try to find a bar no one is using and set up in any little space you can fit the bar.

Here is an idea.

Day1:
Bench: 3-5 x 5, 5/3/1 or something similar.
DB militarypress: 3-5 x 10.
Chins/pulldown: 3-5 x 10.
Facepulls/Bent over side raises: 3-5 x 10.
DB curls or BB curls: 3-5 x 10.

Day2:
Squat: 3-5 x 5, 5/3/1 or something similar.
RDL: 3-5 x 10.
Abs: 3-5 x X reps.

Day3:
Militarypress: 3-5 x 5, 5/3/1 or something similar.
DB benchpress: 3-5 x 10.
DB rows: 3-5 x 10.
Facepulls/bent over side raises: 3-5 x 10.
Triceps: 3-5 x 10.

Day4:
Deadlift: 3-5 x 5, 5/3/1 or something similar.
Front squat/Lunges: 3-5 x 10.
Abs: 3-5 x X reps.

An as the others said, skip the steroids.
