Im here and posting this for people with experience to give me some help. Alot of people are critizing because of my age but im dedicated and i have a goal i am determined to reach. All through high school i wrestled and i worked out alot and keep my weight day for the sport. I wrestled 125 freshman through junior year and then 132 senior year. I watched friends start to dab into the roids and it was obvious the bigger upper bodies increase performances and now they continue with there college careers. Im 18 alomst 19 and i got a hook up with some roids but i need help in order to tweek my cycle for best results.
Im 18 years old, 135 lbs, around 13% body fat.
I work out in mornings and after work.
My goal is a impressive bench with a bulked and defined upper body so i need to know some diet and work outs for advice. The steriods im getting into is a 10 week cycle of 500mg/500mg test/ deca.
i was told the best test to do is test 300 but wat about the deca please help soon i will have them in my possesion9/18/12. thank you
Dude are you kidding your 18, your endocrine system is still developing and shutting your body down now will cause problems and at 135 pounds your nowhere near your natural potential. Gear is not what’s best for you, hard work and a proper diet is, your asking for advice on setting up a cycle yet you need advice on how to diet and how to workout?! Don’t give into your friends that are talking you into it because of the looks of if you have no clue how to run those compounds so obviously neither does your “hookup”.
You need to take a step back, hopin on the needle isn’t the answer, your clearly not ready.
my “hookup” just gets me what i ask for its all business. I work out pretty good and intense now im just asking if 500mg of each is enough or too much. As far as diet and wortout i eat really healthy but im trying to gain mass so i need help in that area diet wise and as faar as workouts like i said i feel good and pumped when i leave the gym i was just asking opnion on some works outs as far as upper body. I posted this forum for help not to be shot down…im not doing this because of my friends im doing it because I wanna get big.
Simple, do not do it. My wife probably has more muscle mass than you. Start by eating, a lot, and do not stop until you hit 180lbs minimum.

I never wish ill on someone, but I really hope you learn your lesson and tell all your silly little friends so they do not do the same moronic thing you are doing. If you dont want to have to run around in the shower to get wet, I suggest you eat. Not “healthy” like you said, but unhealthy. Make you friends and family think you have worms.

You wanna get big then eat big, your obviously not ready you came here for advice an your gettig it. Haha good luck with that, what do you have for pct? Do you even know what pct is? What do you have in case of side effects? You have an AI on hand?
Let me guess you don’t know what that is you just get bro advice from your friends hey take this bro you’ll get huge. You don’t even know how to diet to put on mass, sorry to burst your bubble but steriods aren’t gonna get you huge if you eat like a 135 pound person. No one is shooting you down, you asked for advice and you got it. Look at the effects of taking hormones to a body that isn’t done growing just give me that, there is a reason why people say you should not start unless your 25.
All of your post so far are about steroids. First just eat. Honestly most girls who workout at my gym have size on you. You are 18 your test levels are high already. How long have you worked out. Stats(with videos no e-stats). What did you eat yesterday? I am going to blow your mind. Buy a rice cooker and make tons of rice. Buy a slow cooker and buy chicken to put in it. That will do more for you then any steroid and with your knowledge you will not hurt yourself this way. Sounds mean but need a reality check.

I actually respect that. Willing to learn is rare on these forums as of late. There are more qualified people but i will do my best.
We’re all helping you and giving you advice, sure may seem like we’re being assholes but that’s how it is, no steroid user who has put in the time to do proper research and put in hard time in the gym and kitchen will ever advise an 18 year old with your size to hop on the needle. At your age it will do more harm than good. You’ll be amazed what a proper diet can do

okay guys so i took your advice and i hit the gym my morning routine for today was
Example: 4x4 4 sets of 4
Bench: 1st set 135 5 times, 2nd set 145 4 times, and 3rd set 165 t3 times.
Sitting military: 4x8 with 35lb dumbells
Squats: 3x8 225
Curls (standing): 35lb dumbell 3x10
Flies: 3x8 25lb dumbells
Ab Machine: 3x30
Calve Raises Machine: 3x10 w/145lbs
On the Side i take BSN Nitrix Oxide and Creatine but since im going to be trying to bulk i heard that i will need to include a protein powder along with eating like a brute which is what you guys said so let me know so imput about what i should add to routine what to adjust maybe and as far as protein and diet and stuff im still a little confused there…thank you guys so much for the help already
…this is from my other forum and what i did monday morning and then at night i did cardio and mobility.
I have now decide to do Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 4 days a week and cardio/mobility at night and during the 5/3/1 throwing in side work outs

You are on the right track bud. It’s tough to cram food down your throat but don’t think about that. One thing Wendler once said about gaining weight as a teenager playing football was that after every meal he followed it with a protein shake.
Don’t worry about weight gainers, no explode, blah blah blah. NO Explode is great if you’re tired and just not feeling like going to the gym. I love it for that but it isn’t a magical poweder that is going to add dense muscle mass.
All the supp’s that are out there are mostly snake oil. Follow Wendler’s advice and stick with a multivitamin and some protein powder. That’s all you really need.
You’ll see a difference in one year. Small changes are going to take place but this is a marathon, not a sprint.
