I know, need more mass, but how’s the upper body look overall?
What about your legs?
You’ve managed to pick a great pose to show the least amount of your body possible.
I think you stated it pretty well. It looks lean. It needs mass, pronto! Get to eating, lifting, eating, eating eating, sleeping, eating while sleaping, eating… repeating.
Well, it might be easier for us if we could actually SEE most of your upper body. That said, you look pretty lean. Just eat clean and lift big; results will come.
BTW, where are the wheels?
The portal.

Here’s a better shot…

Back shot
Add lots and lots of mass

I’m 6’2", 205 lbs, and about 12% BF… How much weight do you think would fill me out???
Well, first off how is your diet? Are you eating enough? Protein? What are your goals for your body, do you want a physique? Or, do you just want to stay really lean like you look in those pics and just wanted a rating?

I dunno, a fair amount I would imagine. I’m about 3-4 inches shorter than you and we are about the same weight but I’m still pretty small. You have the leaness which is always good, but it won’t hurt to fill out like you said. I don’t want to throw out a number but if you hit 230lbs at your current level of bodyfat, I don’t think you would be disappointed…

I’m currently following a diet similar to T-Dawg 2.0 and cycling for 3 weeks of cutting followed by 3 weeks of bulking, but so far that’s equated to running in place with minimal changes in BF. My protein is consistantly over 275 g/day. As for goals, I’d like to gain 10-15 lbs taking my weight up to 215-220 and drop 4% BF. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

looks like it needs more mass

If you added another 15-20 pounds you’d be suprised at how much bigger you look, out of curiosity what are your lifts like?[/quote]
My lifts are all the major movements, with very little isolation work. Basically, lots of chin-ups, dips, deadlifts, squats, single leg squats, incline DB Bench Press, Push Presses. On occasion I’ll do isolation work for Calves and hit some arm work, but only a couple sets once a week. I hope that answers your question… Did you mean weights lifted?
You need more mass overall, and you don’t look like you work your calves or back.

It was a relaxed shot. I wasn’t trying to pose. I’ll post more pictures in a week or so.
I find your avatar a little disturbing, if in fact those are “blow job” shots. As previously stated, 15-20lbs would really help you fill out your frame, but I wouldn’t stop there. 6’2" 245 sounds about right to me…
dude
your first shot looks fucking kickin,
like skinny but killer bod,
other ones suck.
so i donno if it was angles or at diff times but.
go back to the way u were lol
