hello everyone,
i’ve 3 months left to lose my bodyfat, but my knees have pain (due to jump off from high objects half year ago), i read most of the fat loss articles here, but most of them must train legs, i don’t know how to lose fat with upper body training while just let my knees recover more (train less)? any one can help?
you want to do cardio that’s easy on your joints (knees especially)…
-
swimming! definately a good cardio workout
-
those ski machines… where you slide … cross country type…
-
diet properly (check the search function and put in diet…)
is that what you’re looking for?
hope that helps
Can you do anything for your lower body? Any type of weight training or GPP without pain?
Some of the best fat loss methods involve short, intense durations.
Some great things include:
Sprints (10-50 meters)
Jump rope (for time)
Tabata (using sprints or weights)
HIIT (bike, sprinting, in-line skating)
GPP (various exercises can be used for this)
Sled drags
Farmer’s Walks
Now tell me that you can’t do any of those?
thanks for both the suggestion.
the answer i’m looking for is, i’ve very weak knees now. i think i need to take a very long time to build the strength back to normal…so running, sprinting, or even jumping rope is not suitable for cardio option.
most of the fat loss training program have a focus on working larger muscles (eg. legs) to burn more calories.
i can train my upper body heavy, but not the legs. is it ok to just train my upper body very intense, plus some cardio (easy cycling), but not train my legs very hard??
