Upper Back Pain

sorry i dont know where else to post this

so i did some clean and jerks, and then moved on to shrugs for sets of 5. at the last set, last set because this happened, i felt myself lean forward a little and not shrug completely upright. i almost immediately felt pain in my upper back.

uh, details, i was using mixed grip with 385 on the shrugs, left hand was pronated, right was supinated, my left side of the upper back is what hurts. it feels like its underneath all the muscles, possibly whatever the intercostals are at the back of the ribs? i say this because i noticed if i try to take a full breath, it turns from a mild ache to actual pain, or at least some severe discomfort.

could someone help me out and tell me what this could possibly be? right now im just thinking ill take ibuprofen and rest with lots of food and water, but if its something more serious, id like to know.

some more information, i checked in the mirror where i was feeling the pain, its right where the lower trapezius or rhomboids end. its like an inch to the left of the spine.

I got that same pain when Front Squatting with bad form, having to lean too far forward.

Simply correct your lean, and stay perfectly upright through any movement where the bar is in front of you.
