Unusual Weight Loss Post Lift

I am 5’8 170 pounds and after every time I lift I lose about 5-7 pounds. My lifts are moderate and I usually superset 2 excerizes together and have 1:30 to 2:00 rest inbetween each set. I lift at 5:10 everday 5-6 times a week untill about 6:15. I do a light jog at the end of every workout for about 5 minutes to cooldown and then weight myself.

I use the same scale to weight myself before and after my workout and the result is always the same, I lose 5-7 pounds every time I workout. The next day I gain it back and then lose it again. Is this just water weight every time? Is this healthy or even normal?

Additional Informmation:
-80oz of water before workout throughout day
-on creatine monohydrate
-take c4 preworkout
-take amino acids during workout
-just very recently started taking agmatine
-take 20 grams of protein 2 hours before workout
-ingest 2,000 calories prior workout consisting of “normal” foods
-2 rep maxes Bench 215 Squat 315
-20 years old
-60 minute workouts

Try drinking some during your workout and see what happens.

Do you sweat a lot? Do you urinate a few times while at the gym?

I drink about 9 ounces of my amino acid mix during my workout, and I sweat like a normal person sweat not profusely.

I urinate maybe once but never really in the middle of a workout.

Do you shit yourself during your workout? That could cause some weight loss. Well, if you don’t clean out your pants then it really wouldn’t, so never mind.

Of course it’s water weight. What the fuck else could it be? Is anything else leaving your body when you workout? I’m truly curious what you think the alternatives are.

edit: nevermind, it’s definitely AIDS.
