Hello I’m 14 years old and have been weight training not to hard core but enough to be able to beat the crap out of everyone. I started at maybe 5-6 years old up to now I just realized that my right arm and peck are substantially larger than my left because when i used to lift weights i would a lot of times just lift with my right arm. How can i make my left side equal. Plus I’m right handed and never use my left arm for much.
My suggestion would be to start beating the crap out of everyone with your left arms to even it out.
I don’t really want to suggest anything, because if it doesn’t help, I might get the crap beat out of me. :[

But seriously, just use the same weight on each arm for whatever you do till the left catches up.
I find it hard to believe that while doing anything with your right hand your left is doing absolutely nothing. But I guess if your looking to be ambidextrious of some sort just tie your right arm to your back.

You’re 14 years old. Lift hard, eat big, and get your rest for fuck’s sake. I would think finding a normal routine would fix your imbalances eventually.

Yes, that is what I would do. Do you usually do barbell benching or other barbell movements? Try dumbells for awhile. If your left arm is straggling, then stop the set when the left arm fails. If the right is still strong, too bad. Allow your left time to catch up. Do not simply neglect your strong side.
So i should get a normal rotine but in all the sports i do i use my right are for throwing, masturbating, and writing. My left arm does nothing
