Uneven Chest Size

Must not have seen too many titties in your life, one is usually slightly bigger than the other

I’m all the way on the left…see how the one side of my chest is way larger? It’s always been that way. I have very minor scoliosis, but I can’t see that really being the source of the problem

Your chest isn’t big enough to be this focused on irregularities…and no, there isn’t shit you can do about genetic muscle shape other than gain more size so it isn’t noticeable.

You guys are obsessed with imbalances when you don’t have the size to support it. Very few people on the planet are perfectly symmetrical between their right and left sides.

wow, way to contribute nothing at all “big guy”. all i needed was an answer or suggestions, not an asshole response

How is what I wrote “nothing at all”? You didn’t see “build more size so that it is less noticeable”? It needed to be highlighted?

Your a newb who got info yet apparently doesn’t even realize it. If this were an issue of one side working more effectively, then dumbbells would be the answer, but your issue is genetic muscle shape meaning build more size so that the small discrepancy is less noticeable is THE answer to your question.

But this needed to be repeated.

OP, I have the same “problem” if you even want to call it that.

In X’s defense, he is right. Those big guys in the magazines all started out somewhere, and if you really, and i mean REALLY look in the mirror like that every day, of course you’re gonna see it as more apparent.

Personally, my ribs underneath my left pectoral stick out about a half inch forward, whereas the ribs on my right side are pretty consecutively lain.

Take a look at this pic of Dave Tate. Hes a fucking powerhouse, a strong well built motherfucker, and a professional. You can’t tell at first, but if you really really look, his LEFT pec has a much larger shadow below it than the right one. So dont sweat it man  [/quote]

He also tore both of them at various times during his career which also accounts for the shape.

But yes, worrying about imbalances at the OP’s point is stupid.

Even if you could fix it by only working one side of your chest for a year would anyone really want to fuckin do that??

I looked and could barely see any difference at all.
For everything you have 2 of they will be different.
Look at your eyes, ears, hands, nostils…all different, not to give more of a comlpex though.

Look at my avatar, one eye sits lower than the other.

Everybody has an imbalance somewhere on them. Maybe just too small to notice but not every muscle can grow exactly perfect like the other. One is always handling just a teeny bit more pressure then the other.

To the OP: This is harsh, but you barely look like you’ve been training a year, and you’re standing next to a couple of skinny bastards. Your have more serious things to worry about in your training. You seem to have wasted most of those 3 years on matters of little consequence, such as the topic at hand. Get your priorities straight.

P.S. My assumption is that you want to get big.

Yea because size is all that matters? Shut your pie hole. I agree with what you said but could you be more degading bout his size. Come-on

Correction, there is nothing more irritating than people who act like I need to write how they want me to write in order to get a point across.

No one degraded his size. He IS small and he IS a newb, especially if after 3 years of training, he can claim he NEVER saw someone with one side larger than the other as far as a muscle group. That would make him about as clueless as you.

Yea well i can tell you that 99% of gym goers are not getting big, but for half its not because of workouts, its because they dont know how to get on a proper diet. You need food and rest to grow. The other half are just damn lazy. So which one are you op?
