Getting ready to get ready!!!
Good! Went to a dance recital last night and then afterward to a pub, where because it was like 7:30 and I was starving, I ate every bite of a half pound cheeseburger and fries, and then, in a fit of true dedication to the before-pic project, asked Mallory if she was going to eat anymore of her giant pub pretzel, and if not might I have it? Which she was not, so I did, dipped in melty cheese.
Because I certainly don’t want to come in looking all perfect and then have to improve from there!
@EmilyQ absolutely understood the assignment, as the kids say!
My Birthday is the 21st, so will get a bit debaucherous then and take my pics after that!
Protein shakes, alcohol, and little sleep!
I’m in for this one too. No idea what the goal is though. It will probably be “get to 200lbs” at the end but we will see
I plan on making you continue to question my natty daddy status
I’m in as well!
I have been cutting on and off all year, wrapping it up the end of this week. Lost a total of 20lbs this year.
So, for the first time in a T-ransformation, I am actually starting with a bulk.
Crap. Leaner than I have ever been is probably not the starting point intended.
Eating and training like I’m not about to start really losing weight. Also got a tooth pulled, so that won’t be a distraction over the Spring season.
Doing a lot less training last couple of weeks due to busy life schedule.I guess you could call that prep for looking my worst.
I’m hairless, tan, and carby!
Tbh im geared up to have a giant personal/professional/financial transformation, but a moderate physique transformation.
Seems to be the norm for me ![]()
They tend to trend inversely for me
Could we do something not physique oriented at some point? (e.g., strength improvement)
You always can. This is a transformation challenge. Transform in any way you see fit.
I did one where I was trying to put on bodyfat. And I’ve offered a reward for those that pursue it in the past (The Bruce Randall Excellence in Corpulence award)
I’m sorta caught between the two options above. I think I’d like to spend the last 12 weeks of the challenge focusing on strength/conditioning.
I’m leaning towards either slightly modified Fiready or Eternal Warrior, or maybe, maybe, some crazy, bastardized version of both that I could call Fire Warrior or Eternally Ready.
I’m also open to suggestions.
@TrainForPain thanks for making this happen again!
Keep the pics/ goals coming! We’ve got the first couple contestants in the chute!
Haha this has to have come from your childhood memories, specifically your mum playing it way too much, right?
I was born in the wrong decade. I’ve got “80s on 8” always playing on Sirius XM.
