I’m stronger again, I hurt a whole let less, and I fixed a few diet issues along the way also - mostly food relationships I didn’t realise I had an issue with. Circumstancially, I weight about 1.5kg less…
I started okay then didn’t really do any paying attention to diet from Feb-April but cleaned up this last month or so. Down 10 as of today and probably 8 from the end of April. Just need consistency and to not buy snacks I’m going to binge on at the house
Hi guys, sorry for the delay, but this first half of year has been awful for me. Injuries and health issues seriously took a toll on my train and diet. Here is my finale picture:
