For some of us (me), literally! Heh heh heh
I’m at .41/lb but I can reduce that a bit. I can modify my groceries to cater to lower fat.
As of right now, no. I am open to it, but don’t have a plan for it right now.
Entirely up to you buddy, it might just be something you find to be more effective. You may also find no difference at all. Probably worth trying though; all the big boys I know do this.
I haven’t come up with a solid plan yet, but I’m working on it.
Dont think too much just DO.
Transformation pic check in
BW67.5kg (148lbs?) at 45years young.
Goals - lean out a tad more.
A few decent xmas dinners, bourbons, and choccie snacks enjoyed in there recently - that’ll drop off in no time.
Just continue hitting consistent gym work and solid protein rich meals. Sfa beer last year defo helped things BW wise too, down from an all time peak of 72kg’s in the past few years.
@TrainForPain tagged.
These pics of mine seem the same every year… lol!
I think I’m just going to DQ @davemccright out of jealousy. Everyone cool with that?
Before we get too excited, I’m joking
Just crazy man honestly!
If you wanna find a high fat advocate you got a friend in me, haha.
I would DQ him for no back shot.
I had my brother take one for me the other day, I could add that lol
Why the hell did I read “Dairy Queen” and not disqualify at first (No wonder I’m not lean)
I too envy @davemccright
I appreciate the love my brother! I, too, love some Dairy Queen. Cotton candy Blizzard and cherry dilly bar are my go tos
Good to know. Sodium too if I remember correctly. Or at least you don’t buy into the low sodium diets.
I think realistically I’ll let the fat bounce around under .5 grams/lb. I don’t prepare meals, I more plan early meals to budget family meals (since sometimes I don’t know what they will consist of).
I do like a good experiment so I might try different amounts to see if I can see any noticeable differences, holding non-fat variables constant (as many as possible) of course.
I engage in very aggressive salting of my food, and use a sodium (and other electrolyte) supplement daily. I find sodium a great thing to have for hard training.
you are supposed to put the after pictures up at the end of the challenge mate.
My plan is to keep riding the wave of what’s worked for me lately. Moderate-High calories (for me) and high protein with an emphasis on peri workout nutrition along with old school Bodybuilding training, namely Mountain Dog training. Calories will be higher on training days than rest days.
