I know your pain and then some on that. I had worked my way up to the 130s on dumbbell incline, which is the heaviest my gym has. And now I’m back in Canada, Training at my brother-in-law’s garage gym, which only goes up to 100 pound dumbbells. So my solution has been to add plate mates (2.5 pound plate magnets) and put an EFS Band around my back, wrapped to my thumbs to add resistance. It’s worked very well so far and has added a different feel and challenge to my pressing!
