Look at that!

Chest day today. I’m getting up to sets of 8 with the 120s on dumbbell press through all incline levels at my gym (which is the max it has), but I hate barbell. Might have to find a new gym again soon!

I know your pain and then some on that. I had worked my way up to the 130s on dumbbell incline, which is the heaviest my gym has. And now I’m back in Canada, Training at my brother-in-law’s garage gym, which only goes up to 100 pound dumbbells. So my solution has been to add plate mates (2.5 pound plate magnets) and put an EFS Band around my back, wrapped to my thumbs to add resistance. It’s worked very well so far and has added a different feel and challenge to my pressing!

Decided to take a progress photo today. I’ve been so covered up lately due to the weather I haven’t really paid too much attention to how I’m looking, but I’m super pleased with the progression thus far. Gamma Bomb has been a big win for me!
