Hit my first 195lb log press this weekend (goal of 225lb in April is seem extremely attainable), had to go the grocery store twice, and have been falling alseep before 8pm so pretty great!

Decided to start with a brief cut, trim down before looking to gain, then was “forced” to eat a takeaway (daughters birthday) - went for the best option - mixed meat kebab so mostly all lamb and chicken and salad with a pita bread, and it was a pwo meal, s’all good.

Also tweaks something in my back, not affecting much, and will heal quickly but a pain nonetheless.

So in summary…great!

Did this make anyone else laugh? Same totally jacked body paired with a completely emotionless expression. It feels like he’s saying “Yeah, catch me if you can. Go ahead and try.”

My report is terrible quad DOMS and an accidental ingestion of dark chocolate covered almonds. But other than that, on track! Still doughy. I checked when I woke up to see if any six-packs had appeared yet, and unfortunately not. Tomorrow maybe!

My start has been good so far. I have a schedule and a bit of general program lined up for the time being, I just need to be better at meal prepping I think.
