What are you looking for? We have pro bodybuilders and Arnold-competing strongmen I can name off the top of my head.
Do you mean the operational background? We have a good handful of those as well.
Obviously we have world-class coaches.
Brian may be in a league of his own in the quality of his YouTube, though, if that’s what you mean.

I think I was just meaning names I probably knew of before joining T-Nation. It doesn’t matter though, I just need to spend some time diving into the actual group of threads rather than whatever shows on my latest posts.
Gotcha! That’s a good question. The list of impressive individuals we’ve had come through here is long, but I’m not always sure when in their career they were here if that makes sense.
I was exposed to CT, John Meadows, Dave Tate, Jim Wendler, Dan John, and I’m sure many others through them not only writing but interacting on this site.

Definitely that last part. He’s trying to figure out how much he can do and I’m doing the opposite. What’s the least amount of effort I can give and not go backwards?
I’m not in for the transformation, because my brain is weird and this kind of stuff most often leads to some not so healthy food/exercise obsessions - BUT I am here to full-on support all of you. And I’m also a dietitian that works and has worked quite a bit in the physique and performance realms - so if anyone needs some fine tuning or has a question that’s not “what should my macros be?” - just give me a tag and I’d be more than happy to help ya out!
