Congratulations!
To go with @T3hPwnisher s supersquats offer I will throw in my copy of “Raising the Bar” to the winner (loser?).
Since we’re throwing things in, I’ll throw a complimentary 60 minute nutrition consult if the winner would like one. Although, if they’re the winner, my prize might be kind of lame… But, it’s on the table.
That’s the thing Super Squats is going to the “loser” of the challenge (can you really lose with a free SuperSquats copy?)
I feel like no one who’s doing this thing is a loser. Taking the initiative to make changes, be healthier and reach a goal - that’s winning regardless of where you finish!
Have you done the program. It didn’t feel like wining to me. LOL
I ran a half one of it (heavy back squats and my spine don’t get along anymore)
Once I get a squat rack and some decent weights for my home gym I want to run it with front squats (using straps to help hold the barbell).
sounds like a great way to die. Make sure you video it.
This is incredible of you @QuadQueen

Seconded. It has been months since I finished Super Squats and I still start twitching everytime I start loading a bar for squats.
It’s been 1 year for me and I have forgotten enough of the pain to consider doing it again one day. I think I need help.
You developed some real hip issues if I remember right?
Yes got so bound up I’m one side it took me a long time to feel good squatting again. All good now. I think my sore elbow just made me forget about my hip. ![]()
174.2 this morning!! Only .8 to go to meet my goal for this challenge!! I’m pushing it in the gym and at the table these last few weeks. And every week after that.
2 weeks, folks! We’ve seen some awesome stuff so far. Finish strong and don’t forget to tag me in your “afters”
Damn that 5 months has flown by. Only 2 week to make some minor diet changes to that I finish this at the exact weight I started. LOL
It sneaks up on you. I’ve managed to go backwards this year, myself, but I think I’ve helped some folks on their path so all good
Just getting this challenge back up and running was helpful for me, appreciate the work you’ve put into it.
I’ve got 4 days before I pull the plug, already surpassed my initially goal, pushing hard to reach the stretch goal.
Good luck, everyone!
