Perhaps a day late and dollar short, but I wrote up a “cheat meal survival guide” for those that are in need

Getting quiet in here and we’re just over a month out from pictures! Don’t pull out early (this isn’t prom) - finish strong!

We’ve got @T3hPwnisher happy to give you some wild challenges, @QuadQueen can help tighten your nutrition, and @ChongLordUno is even releasing an ebook on burpees!

What help do we need to get across the finish line?

Eeked out another pound in the last three weeks. 2.5 lbs from my goal for this challenge.

I just need to put the hammer down for a few weeks. I kept gaining until March 1, then started to cut the weight. I’m now back to the where I started the year, weight-wise, but added some noticeable new muscle mass in some of the right places. I think another 5-10 lb lost will put me right where I need to be, and I think I’m already lean enough to see that my gaining phase (especially the Super Squats portion) was successful. (And I’m hitting a bunch of squat and deadlift PRs during this training phase, while cutting.) At 44, I’m pretty happy with this outcome. Time to finish strong!

Crushing it man! That’s a bold plan, extraordinarily well-executed.

More beef, caffeine, and time to sleep if I’m being honest

Update; this time I really can’t focus on nutrition and due to work and other issues i am never in caloric deficit.
Luckily i am at least eating healthy foods and my training is on point; i am doing a very nice full body workout 3 times a week. Not the best, to be honest; doctor told me to avoid squats and deadlifts due to a testicle injury. I am doing leg extensions and free weights bulgarian splits squats, instead.
I am a lot satisfied of my upper body results, weights are increasing and i notice more volume in back, pecs and arms. On the other hand, abs are still veeeeery far. I had better days for sure, but back then I had the time and the will to concentrate myself on nutrition; this time i am just doing the best I can, without stressing myself too much.
Yes, june is coming; but I really just want to be healthy and strong, with the lowest fat percentage possible without getting crazy. Am I getting old?

Can I get extra points for compliment from a customer a work?

Some younger couple (mid to late 30’s) came in to buy some tiles and the lady ask her men to help me put the 15 boxes on the cart. His reply was the best. He said: I would be in her way and look at those muscles! The one day that was warm enough to wear a t-shirt.

It is now kind of a joke at work, all the young boys want to help me move stuff because if the lady, who could be their mother can do it so can they. Or they think.

I will take it.
Still weight just under 160lb

Alright with only a few weeks to go and my elbow finally not complaining all the time it is about time I sucked it up and got back to the burpee and to stop eating crap. Not sure I can make a noticeable difference in 3 weeks, but I will at least post up a finish pic and not look a total mess.

Day three of the Velocity Diet and I did not stick to plan. Discipline is hard.

Try again tomorrow.
