Using that term pretty loosely there mate. More like a 5 o’clock shadow.

Let the friendly banter begin!

Haha the curse of the blonde moustache I guess right?

100% this, my only hope is that @kleinhound intends to do a really dirty bulk for 5 months and ends up mess.

Seriously though looking damn good mate and nice to see someone include their legs in the photo

Legs is 90% of my mass so I need to get them out haha

If you include ar$e then I am in that club too. LOL

@TrainForPain

Weighing in at 224lbs this morning which means I’m very dehydrated (been around 226 for weeks).

Last night was spent eating pork and stuffing batches and lots of whiskey and ale. Diet starts tomorrow as I’m off to watch the rugby today.

Not sure how to post my log in here, I’ll try later.

Here you go. Ate like crap, kept forgetting creatine, not lifted anything “heavy” for around 7-8 days. Weighing in at 195lbs.

You win the Inception posing award.

Is “forgetting creatine” a joke I don’t get? I’ve seen it a couple times. I have kids, so I’m used to not understanding things.

Creatine helps make muscles look full and pumped, so forgetting it in theory would make one look worse.

Fat and flat is ideal for “before” :joy:

Heh. My kitchen is part of an extension with a polycarbonate roof in a very old house. Standing opposite the worktop led to crazy brightness. This was my solution.

As above, not being saturated with creatine could deflate the muscle a little. Perfect for a before photo, although probably barely noticeable in all honesty.

Managed to get the legs showing in the first picture. First time I’ve ever taken pictures like this.

Starting weight 210.8 lb. See y’all at the finish line! @TrainForPain #t-ransformation2023

OK here’s mine.
Weight is about 190.
Sure I could make it look even worse, but I’m not willing to stoop to the level of @atlas13 even for a before pic.

Goal: To look the best I have in my entire life at the end of this challenge.
Strength and “performance” may well take a back seat to reach this goal. I don’t really know how that works, intuition says more volume at lower percentages but a lot of really wise people say lower volume at higher percentages; and some really wise people have said don’t change anything about programming for now, just clean up the diet.

For the time being, I’m leaving the program the same (though perhaps being less aggressive about progressing 5/3/1 TMs, even dialing back); will be eating healthy and adding a little cardio.
End of January I’ll re-evaluate.

Edit: forgot to tag @TrainForPain and whats the hashtag you need? #t-ransformation2023
