Two questions:

Beyond using apps to track macros, I haven’t logged much before. Is there a preferred/recommended format, content, or frequency to log and capture in the log forum?
I will keep working on putting some muscle and finish probably with a 6/8 weeks cut, I have an holiday planned for end of May so the timeframe looks perfect.

Here are mine. Just coming off a week at an all-inclusive resort so the timing is perfect. I turn 50 this year right around the end time of this challenge so I’ve got some extra motivation.
I’m so conflicted… do I do the usual post-gym pumped picture to soothe my ego, or do I load up on Chinese food and salts for the most bloated ‘before’ pic possible?
FWIW, I did this so hard on my before pic that my wife saw it, and asked how long ago the pic was from, thinking it had to be back before I dropped the weight.
Thats freaking hilarious. I did similarly and now my son sees a face (nipples are the eyes) and it changes expression depending what i do with my belly!
