That still looks like cutting food to me, heaps of protein and low carb. Nice

Get a full English down yer neck mate
My husband is. Granted he’s not apart of our community, he did really well with his last BMX tournament, having put on like 5-10lbs.
As of now? He’s got like a flip top head. Just eats everything. He’s been drinking beer, hard liquor, wine, spritzers, etc. you name it.
Meanwhile I’m over here slowly seething with jealousy lol.
Adding these here as my starting point,
Going on holiday tomorrow for 9 days so I will probably get worse before I get better @TrainForPain
28/12/2022 weight 92kg or 202lbs
Hell yeah, man; thanks for getting this party started!
I really intend to get worse before posting a picture. I ate my body weight in roast ham and chips yesterday with about 5 bottles of wine. Hopefully my before picture is looking plump ![]()
Alright I will jump in now. Feeling a little under the weather today so maybe not top condition at current state here.
I have been pretty consistently weighing about 290 lbs for the last 3 years or so. Hoping to lean out a bit while growing some muscle this challenge.
It’s party time!
I’ll get a folder started later today where I’ll save all these topless pics. Anyone got the FBI on speed dial to go ahead and get me off the streets?
I’ve always wanted to be on the other side of this one!
Just bumping the topic, folks! Pics between now and January 6. Front is required, back is optional. You can drop them here (preferred) or in your log, but make sure to tag me or I won’t find them.
Once we get to the 6th, I’ll tag everyone whose picture I have to make sure I didn’t miss someone.
Sure will! That’s pretty much what mine will be
If anyone wants to follow my 3 month diet plan let me know.
I’m going to do a cut for 8 weeks where I still eat cheat meals and mainly only lose water weight and not fat.
Then go on a bulk for 10 weeks while not training hard enough and eating way too much gaining back all my water weight, adding some fat and not really any muscle.
Then I’m going to claim I lost 5kg of fat and gained 5kg of muscle as I still weigh the same after the challenge is finished.
Here is my entry and my log to start the competition
A surefire recipe to lose 90 days!
Throwing up some “befores”. Taken at the completion of 4 month bulk, picture taken post 24oz steak dinner plus numerous sides and appetizers. Gunning to win this, which means the prep work for the before photo got as much effort as my prep work will for the after ![]()

You’re the early winner for most professionally done before photos!
