I know that everyone here absolutely loves Surge. My question is, post work-ot, can I add some Grow to my Surge shake, or would that just screw up the chemistry of it all. Would it make a diferrence? I am going to be doing the Mag-10 program and I want the BEST results possibel, and I know that my post workout shake is ONE of the essential keys to success. What do you all think? Add Grow to the Surge, or just leave it along and take the Grow later? What is ptimal?
