How important do you guys think is SURGE when using something like MAG-10 along with intense training, and proper nutrition. I thought I would cycle SURGE as well since MAG-10 also helps with recovery. I’d also be using MYOSTAT along with MAG-10 for 3 months. Any input is greatly appreciated.
Surge and “proper nutrition” are the same thing. Given what the right nutrition after training can do for you, I’d say Surge is very important. That’s why it’s a staple for me. Read the ‘solving the post-workout puzzle’ articles at t-mag if you haven’t yet. When using MAG-10 you need protein and carbs, very little fat, and Surge also helps you hit these numbers.
To maximize the effectiveness of MAG-10, you have to maximize the post-workout period and Surge will allow you to do this. Most of us here use Surge or something similar during/after every workout.
