Ultimate Fighter 3 on SpikeTV

it was noah that beat jesse in the first episode and since noah is a pussy-whipped biatch for leaving, i assume jesse will come back. even tho i think jesse is an immature douchebag, IMO. if not they should bring Solomon back just so he can trash talk and then get knocked out…at least it adds to the drama in the house.[/quote]

Yeah I think Jesse is the one, plus the way team shamrock reacted when they saw him…if I remember Jesse was more popular than Solomon.

I cannot believe what a douche Noah is. Dana had every right to tear him a new one and make an example of him. Props to Dana. I’m pissed we didn’t get to see Tait pull an omaplata on Josh. We got jipped out of a goddamn fight to see some mtv drama.

Solomon needs to come back just to talk smack and plot with Kendall.
Team Dagger!

I understand why everyone thinks Jesse.

Man, this episode pissed me off too.

The whole first half-hour was a re-hash of how Matt always goes full-tilt. Ok, we get it already.

Then then last half was all the Noah/girlfriend BS. I can’t help but wonder how producers of the show somehow let that stupid letter wind up in Noah’s hands. I thought there was “no contact with the outside world”? Either they set the whole thing up with Noah ahead of time, or they purposely attacked the least mentally stable guy in the house just so he could leave and be replaced. And drama ensues.

No one other than Jesse should return, since he was eliminated by Noah. I mean, if I was in that house, succesfully fought and eliminated another contended, and then he came waltzing back in, I’d be pissed.

You beat me to it. That letter was bullshit.

Even my wife thought this episode was gayer than gay.

Isn’t that what happened in season 1 with Chris “I’m a whiny bitch” Leben?

That episode sucked. The only good part was Matt getting taken down a few pegs. Being a cocky SOB and sparring full tilt is all fine and dandy until someone punches back, then its tears and drama for days. Brilliant.

And then having Danny make him cereal and sandwhiches? What the hell, get off your knees, dude!!!

Thats cool. But we, and especially northerners sound nothing like KIWIS!

Some of you have noticed, some have not.

This season stinks!

Who wants to watch a bunch of guys sitting around a house talking trash?

Typical dialouge:

"I’d beat the BLEEP out that BLEEP if I had the chance…

“I know man he’s a BLEEP and BLEEP…and he BLEEP…The BLEEPER.”

Not exactly stimulating dialouge…

CLICK

Think about last season.

They had physical challenges. The fighters might have hated it but it made for interesting TV.

Watching how much some of the fighters could lift, or how fast they could climb or run was interesting. And then it was topped off by some very good fights.

Tito and Shamrock are not to blame this season.

It’s the shows producers.

I’m not sure I’m going to watch the rest of this season…it really seems like a waste of time.

I think I’m going to start tuning in at 10:30 EST for the fight announcement and only watch the last half-hour…

Thank you. This season sucks. The fights have been below average…at best. The rest of the show belongs on MTV Real Life. It’s a bunch of guys with too many tattoos and ego sitting around talking shit. Just show us some UFC fights and dump this show. The first season was enjoyable because it was new and different. Now, its just annoying.

And last night was a total rip off. I watched the whole thing and there wasn’t even a fight. Fuck that.

Do you guys think this show is hurting the reputation of UFC…especially if it is to compete with Pride?

Here’s what tehy have to do for next season, since supposedly they have another 4 years, give or take, on the contract with Spike.

dont make the teams until the fighters have been in the house for two weeks. Make them train with one another, let their natural personalities and allegiances come out and they’ll end up forming their own teams. Part of the reason season one was so good was the genuine hatred leben and southworth/koscheck had for the other(s.) Have dana pick the two weakest guys fight each other to avoid elimination the first two weeks and THEN split them into teams with coaches who can pick fights according to the naturally developed rivalries

That is what i did last night and all i got was the fight announcement and noah whining. So that plan doesnt work either.

“Who ate my steak?”

Man, in regards to Noah, talk about a decision you will look back on in 6 mos, after you break up with the bitch, and realize what a stupid asshole you were! He has the maturity level of a middle schooler.

Two words for you guys. DVR or TIVO.

Then you don’t have to watch anything but the fight if you don’t want to.

How phony can this show get? I was excited for this season because the retarded “challenges” are gone, but wtf? Now they’re not even fighting.

There’s no contact with the outside world, yet somehow some ridiculous note from some skank he’s been seeing for a few months gets through… uhhh, yeah.

If he wanted to stay on the show, and wanted to talk to the girl, he’d do what Chris Leben did in season 1… He’d sneak out at night, jump the fence, use the payphone up the street, and come back.

The real-life “drama” in this show is phonier than a three-dollar bill. Even worse, it’s boring as hell.

Next week should be better. At least I’ll get to see Tait and his gay facial hair slapped around a little bit.

If they are going to have a coach as crappy as Shamrock combined with no challenges, they don’t even need to be at the house at all. It only serves to provide shitty girl drama.

They should just set up a 24 person tournament, each week do background pieces on the two fighters who are fighting that night (including their normal training at home), and then show the fight.

I like that idea.

BTW, Is Shamrock brain damaged.

He seems disconnected from what’s going on arround him. He can’t even have a simple conversation.

I also like that idea, someone email the producers

Noah is a puss…although you have to believe this thing was staged by UFC. Why else would he get a letter like this out of the blue?

I think the Mike Nickels-Matt Hamill fight in 2 weeks will be really good. There’s an awesome article on Nickels at www.westword.com.

Jesse will likely be the guy to come back.

Hopefully we’ll get 2 fights this week to make up for 0 fights this last week.
