Pop Quiz for the OP:

 1. How old are you?
 2. What is your first name?
 3. What is your line of work?

I know the answers. If you’re actually the author of the vids, you’ll know them too.
You know the answers because there right on my youtube page…
Bingo! So why has it taken you until now to figure that out? Too busy sending me abusive PMs?
post them now
x2

This is interesting.

Wait until you see my phase II (if it gets that far) - it’s a doozy. This douche PMd me just to call me a moron and comment on my avatar (I think he zeroed in on me when I posted those questions ^). I don’t believe that he’s the kid in the video for a number of reasons.

He can’t discuss his methods in any detail, and for someone who’s so anti-bodybuilding there sure are a lot of weights gathering dust in his basement. Also, seeing as how he is supposedly the guy who filled in the personal info on his Youtube channel, it’s a weird reaction to tell me where I got the info from instead of just answering the questions - it would take no time or thought on his part if he really is who he claims to be.

Edit: for some reason the PM he sent me keeps getting removed. Never mind- it was just more of the same garbage he’s been posting all along.

Its a waste of my time talking to you, and i dont need to prove who i am to u. This is my avatar, my vid, and off of my youtube channel… You are the one making up dumb stuff about me faking a profile, and hiding behind a cartoon picture. What do you mean i dont explain my methods??? The vid shows the bodyweight exercises i use to target my chest, what more do you want to know. You and all your meatball buddys are trolling my thread, and dont even know what you are talking about when it comes to these exercises.

If that’s you in the vid, you can tell me about what progressions you used to get to the planche and what the apparatus you’re performing the planche push ups on is called.

I’m not ready to move on to phase 2 just yet. You haven’t even passed stage one even though the answers are there for anybody with half a brain. Stage two is really going to make you sweat.

Don’t play the “I’m not going to waste my time on you” argument: you “already wasted your time” by PMing me with a bullshit message that attacked my choice of avatar. You’re not the first person to do that and you won’t be the last. For my part it’s a sign of mental and moral weakness on behalf of the critic.

You are a total coward who has hijacked some other guy’s identity, pics and videos, but lack the moral backbone to post your tongue wagging under an alias that reflects who you really are so instead you let him take the blame for your incessant shit stirring. And that’s what has me riled up.

Now, about those planches. Consider this phase 1.5.

You are such a joke, and need to get a real avatar if you want anyone to even take you serious. Why would you even think im posting someone elses vid and pic for my avatar… thats just rediculous. My pvc pipes are called parallettes my little noob friend. For progressions you have to practice holding tucked planche with bent arms, tucked planche with strait arms, tuck planche pushups, and other pushup exercises… Get a real pic and start working out before trying to come at me with your nonsense.

Answer those three questions I posted earlier then. Generic responses won’t cut it. I’ve achieved a full planche by lifting weights and fucking around on the side. The only thing I had to work on was wrist flexilibity. A planche is nothing more than distributing your weight by pushing into the floor and pushing your legs out behind you: you aren’t supporting your bodyweight on your hands.

We could always move on to phase 2, where you post a comment on your Youtube account referencing this thread, or we could go directly to phase three where I’ll ask the guy on Youtube if he’s posting here.

After that, if you are the same person, we can discuss how much muscle you’ve gained at 24 years of age.

Oh, and there are no tucked planche progressions in “your” Youtube tutorial on planche pushups.

You have never done a planche or planche push up, who do you think you are kidding. All you wanna talk about is how im not the person in the vid, while you are the only one hiding behind fake pictures. Lets see a vid hot shot, or even a real picture on your profile if you want to be taken seriously. Respect to all the bodybuilders out there, this thread was about advanced BODYWEIGHT chest exercises to implement or use. Haters like you Roy and Akuma dont have results to show and are just jealous when someone introduces something out of the norm.

Thank you. Now that we’ve established that you really are the fuckwit who can’t tell the difference between a tuck planche and a straight arm planche (or a ‘strait’ arm planche), we can move on to the real issues - like how much muscle you’ve gained by flailing around like an epileptic kangaroo.

I smell a e-battle in the air, let me get the popcorn LOL

i missed it but did the OP give a height and weight?

Sorry loser this was my thread and the last thing thats gonna happen is you boss me around in it with non stop questions and hating. You give a bad name to the rest of the bodybuilders with you negative attitude and hating. My vids are motivational and innovative bodyweight exercises, sorry you cant handle it.

Dude, you started ragging on bodybuilders at the earliest possible opportunity. In a forum called -wait for it- bodybuilding.

At least his beanie looks cool…

Going by your vids, neither have you.

This is a classic case of mistaken identity…you’ve mistaken me for someone who gives a fuck if you believe me or not.

And since when are bodyweight exercises considered not bodybuilding exercises. Thats news to me!!! Everyone started hating as soon as i posted… Complaining about how bodyweight stuff is not bodybuilding or these exercises do not work the chest. Guys like Akuma and you are not even in shape to be talking, and have a narrow understanding for different muscle building exercises and techniques.
fazzenterprise wrote:

since when did a successful bodybuilder ever do these type of bodyweight exercises to build their body?
