Hi fokes, new here.
This year i had surgery for an old lesion in my ulnar nerve, in every extension movement of my left arm the nerve popped out and got in touch with the bone, so when i did an extension the nerve got irritated and i get numbness and lost strenght, upper body lifting was almost imposible and painfull to me.
So this year i got an ulnar nerve transposition and it fixed like 80% of the problem.
Has somebody here have a similar surgery to mine? What was your experience like? I can benchpress and shoulder press almost normaly now, but i don´t know if the remaining 20% of the problem will ever be fixed.
