I’d love to see Wandy and Machida fight. If he comes out as aggressive as he did against Jardine then Machida will have no choice but to strike more. It’d make a much more interesting fight if Machida had to react and become the aggressor.

That said…

… I like his fighting style. Sure it’s not quite as aggressive or as exciting as, I don’t know Wandy’s, but it’s very technical and I love the elusive nature of his stand-up and his precision on the ground. Even though Tito almost had him towards the end.

It was exciting when he dominated Joe Stevenson though. While fighting a very tough and very aggressive opponent his counter style created all kinds of opportunities for damage and he dominated a very tough opponent from beginning to end.

i finished the 10x10 transformation workout … great results and now i’m in my second week of your Triple Total Training , what would you recommend i do next my aim is to increase my muscle mass . i’m currently 90.5 kg and body fat is 11%, i want to increase my weight to 95.kg and drop my body fat to 10%.
