Two Issues: Knees and Elbows

I went to my Doc and also went to a physiotherapist to get my knees and elbows checked. My knees started to get sore from running or certain leg exercises about 2 years ago. I recently went and get them checked and they think it has to do with tightness in my hips. I need to stretch and foam roll a lot more basically.

As for my elbows, I started to feel pain in my left arm. Some forearm pain, and lower bicep pain. My right arm, it’s more like golfer’s elbow. Exercises that irritate it are sometimes bench presses, rows, deadlifts, or wide grip pull ups. Chin ups don’t necessarily bug my elbows too much. Lighter or different variations of these exercises, I can usually get through my work out without any pain.

I started 5/3/1 about ten months ago, with barely any deloads and not much stretching or foam rolling - I think my joints are telling me to fuck off at the moment. I need to start taking care of my body after all of this heavy lifting. Any tips or recommendations for exercises?

High rep for time for blood flow to specific areas are a great way to promote healing in muscular issues

elbow & knee sleeve did wonders for me (with diligent warm up sets) - fish oil/Flameout

For knees, foam rolling the IT band helped substantially also.

How old are you?
Why are you focussing for so long on a risky program?
It is designed to get stronger but the warning about joint issues seems to be missing.
Well now you know there is a reason for deloads.

Some body structure/type need free joint mouvements(rotation). Many say rings or 2 free moving handles or dumbells are less demanding on their elbows, shoulders and wrists. Also neutral grip might be helpfull.
Plus 1 session with a coach to corect your form might be a smart investment.
All the best !
