Tweaked shoulder

I’m not very familiar with the names of muscles but for the last 2-3 weeks I’ve had a sharp pain In what I think is my right shoulder. I think it’s my shoulder and not my tricep as it only hurts when I press and bench and not when I do any tricep isolations.
It’s in the top 1/4 of my arm and feels like it runs right down the centre of my arm if your looking at me side on. I’m guessing that means it’s the lateral head?

Anyway it is not really painful and has not made any difference to the lifts, weights/reps have been going up each week, it’s just a bit painful. I was hoping that it would go away but so far it hasn’t. It does hurt less the more warmed up I am. I barely notice it when I bench after the shoulder press.
Is it best to avoid anything to works the shoulder until it’s gone or just go light? I’m away for just over a week in 2 weeks away so I won’t be able to do anything for about 10 days
