Tucking In Your Elbows?

Do you guys really suggest that everybody bench like a powerlifter? I use a slight arch in my back and tuck my elbows but I don’t pretzel myself up on the bench.

I’ve actually never tried it… …hmmm.

Thats why I suggested the WSB. you put your feet further in front of you. The reason I like it is that it doesn’t hurt my back and i don’t have the rediculous arch.

agreed…I tried the big arch but my lower back just didn’t feel right. After putting my feet farther out I feel much better.
